Every small business we have studied leaks money in the same boring places: the call missed on the tools, the quote nobody chased, the email answered nine hours late, the table that did not turn up. None of these are skill problems. They are attention problems, and they hit hardest exactly when the business is busiest.

The tools to fix this exist, but they are sold as software: another dashboard, another login, another thing the owner is supposed to learn and babysit at ten o’clock at night. Only 14 per cent of UK micro businesses use AI at all, against 36 per cent of large firms, and the gap is not curiosity. It is time. So we built the other thing: a service. We set up your assistant, run it, watch it, and report what it caught, every week, in plain English.

The honest bit

No wall of logos. We will not invent one.

We are taking on our founding UK clients now, which means we do not yet have a page of testimonials, and we refuse to fake one. The industry statistics on this site are labelled as exactly that, industry research, and no number here is presented as a client result until a real client agrees to share theirs.

What we offer instead is better than borrowed proof: a two-week pilot on your own enquiries, a weekly report in your own numbers, and rules we will not break, written down where you can hold us to them. A company that is honest before it has to be is showing you how it will behave when it matters.

What we believe

The winning automation firm is the one you can check up on.

Most AI automation will become a commodity. What will not is accountability: a service that checks its own replies against a standard you approved, keeps a log of every message and why it was allowed to send, puts a human on anything sensitive, and hands you the off switch. That is what we built first, before the marketing, and the marketing is just a description of it.

It also means we say no: no medical data, no scoring people, no hidden AI, no messages without a lawful basis. Those refusals cost us the occasional sale. They are also the reason you can trust the yes.
