Before you ask

The questions buyers actually have.

Is the monthly price really the whole price?

Yes. The monthly fee covers the running of the service, the tuning, message changes, the weekly report and the monthly call. There are no per-message charges and no surprise usage bills; changes are part of the service, not a new invoice. If your volumes ever grow far beyond what we scoped, we will raise it with you openly before anything changes.

What does the setup fee cover?

The build: connecting your phone number, inbox, website, diary and shop; loading your services, prices and policies; writing and testing every message template in your voice; and the supervised first week where a human reviews what goes out. It is real work done once, which is why the pilot fee is credited against it.

Why is each industry priced differently?

Because the work is different. TradeCommand wires your phone number into text-back and callback flows; StorePilot connects to your shop platform and carriers; HouseFull plugs into your booking system and takes deposits. Each price reflects what that industry setup actually involves, and each includes everything for that industry.

Is the pilot fee really credited?

Yes. The £395 two-week pilot is credited in full against your setup fee if you continue. If you do not continue, you keep the written report and owe nothing more. It exists so you can see the service catch real enquiries before any retainer starts.

Do you require a long contract?

No. After setup, the service is monthly with 30 days’ notice. We keep your business by showing you every week, in your own numbers, what it caught, chased and booked, not by locking you in.

What happens to our data if we leave?

It is yours. Customer records, conversation history and templates are handed over, and anything we hold is deleted or returned under the data processing agreement. Leaving is undramatic by design.
